En Corée se tiennent plusieurs festivals internationaux du Ginseng. A cette occasion, on peut admirer la racine sous toutes ses formes, en poudre, en bocal, en plant de 30 cm. De jeunes coréennes déguisées en tubercules apentent le festival. C'est entre autre, à Punggi (Corée du Sud) du 2 au 6 octobre 2007.
